Services offered include pre-purchase examinations, lameness and soundness examinations, chiropractic examinations and other clinical evaluations. In addition, Northwest Equine Performance performs Digital Radiography, Ultrasonography, and Scintigraphy, ("bone scanning"). As well, the addition of a standing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Unit is in the process of being completed.

Therapies offered include Extra-Corporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), Intra-articular therapy, Tildren Osteoarthritis therapy, IRAP, Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP), Stem Cell Therapy, Mesotherapy, and Chiropractic Therapy. We are also utilizing numerous new therapies including: Tendotrophin and Growth Hormone Therapy for tendon and ligament injuries, and Radio Frequency Therapy for chronic foot pain.   We are currently also experimenting in an informal trial with High Powered Magnetic Pulse Therapy (P3 Therapy).
